📦 All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our studio in Portugal 🇵🇹 with love, attention to detail, and a little bit of magic in every box.
Processing Time
- Standard processing: 5 business days
- Personalised products: up to 10 business days
- Event favours and bulk orders: may take longer depending on complexity and quantity
- During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended
Note: Carrier delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the moment of purchase.
Combined orders: If your order includes items with different processing times, it will be dispatched once all items are ready.
Handmade is unique: As each piece is made by hand, there may be slight variations in colour, shape, scent, or texture — a natural part of the handmade process that ensures the authenticity of every piece.

Order Tracking

Address & Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct at the time of purchase
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed collection, a new shipping fee will be required for redelivery
