Welcome to Tsuki Box! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website at www.tsukibox.com and the purchase of our products. By using the website, you accept these terms in full.

1. Our products
Tsuki Box is a boutique of handcrafted candles, home fragrances, and personalized handmade souvenirs in Portugal. Our products include scented vegetable wax candles, gift sets, wax melts, diffusers, and souvenirs for events (weddings, baptisms, baby showers).
Being handcrafted and/or personalized, each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may exist, which are part of the handmade nature — not constituting a defect.
2. Orders and prices
All prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Final acceptance occurs at the time of dispatch.
3. Right of free resolution (cancellation)
Under Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without needing to state any reason.
Exceptions to the right of cancellation:
- Products personalized or made to the consumer's specification
- Products with sealed packaging that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, after being opened
To exercise this right, please contact us by email at hello@tsukigiftbox.com before the deadline expires, stating the order number.
4. Returns and refunds
After valid communication of cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt and verification, using the same payment method used.
5. Legal guarantee
Under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and Decree-Law no. 67/2003, all products benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. In case of non-conforming product, you have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — photographs, texts, logo, designs, and the name Tsuki Box — is the exclusive property of Nádia Perpétua Soares. Reproduction or use for commercial purposes without prior written authorization is prohibited.
7. Dispute resolution
In case of dispute, the consumer may resort to CNIACC — National Centre for Consumer Information and Arbitration of Conflicts: www.arbitragemdeconsumo.org

8. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
