Our products are handmade with care and attention to detail. Our production and shipping times reflect the artisanal nature of what we create.
Production
Most of our products are produced in small batches. Some are available for immediate dispatch; others, especially custom-made items, have a production time of 5 to 10 business days, depending on the type of item, customisation, and quantity.
Shipping within Mainland Portugal
Shipments are made via CTT or a partner carrier. The delivery time after dispatch is 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping to Europe
We ship throughout Europe. Delivery times vary between 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to Europe on orders over €150.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, sent by email after dispatch.
Delay or Loss
In case of a delay exceeding the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@tsukigiftbox.com. In case of confirmed loss by the carrier, we will reship the order or issue a full refund.
