Returns and Refund Policy — Tsuki Box
At Tsuki Box, each product is made with love and attention to detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Right of free cancellation
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without needing to state any reason (Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14).
To exercise this right, contact us by email at hello@tsukigiftbox.com before the deadline expires, stating the order number and your intention to return the item.
Exceptions
The right of return does not apply to:
- Personalized products or products made to your specifications (e.g., favors with names, dates, or chosen scents)
- Hygiene products with opened packaging
Return conditions
- The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging
- It must not show signs of use or damage
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Refund
Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Defective or incorrect product
If you received a product with a manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, please contact us at hello@tsukigiftbox.com with photos of the product within 48 hours of receipt. In this case, return costs are our responsibility, and we will send a replacement product or issue a full refund.
